Loud mouth Braggot
A Braggot combines two great drinks, Mead and Beer.
For this Braggot we combine the rich sweetness of our Orange Blossom sweet mead with the ester profile and slight sourness of a Belgian Saison.
We use Sorachi Ace hops which impart a lemon aroma and bitter orange peel to add to the citrus taste.
As this Braggot ages the sour character of the yeast may become more dominant.
Bottle Conditioned.
